Built in August of 2011, RDZ Build upgraded Brainard Lake Recreation Area by designing and building a 4-unit restroom facility, ranger station that is powered by renewable energy and warming hut.
Built in July of 2013, RDZ Build helped restore a 30,000 square foot historical warehouse into a two floor collaborative office space that houses more than 25 non profit organizations.
Built in October of 2014, RDZ Build was a collaborative force behind the Union Station transportation project, executing the grand water feature, and it's canary yellow glass tile
In 2023, RDZ Build undertook a significant project in collaboration with the Regional Transportation District (RTD) to replace a worn-out rail section and pour fresh concrete along the track.
In 2023, RDZ Build widened lanes and upgraded multiple intersections. By expanding lane capacity and optimizing intersection functionality, this significantly reduced congestion and enhanced safety for drivers.
Built in September 2013, RDZ Build helped construct a 7,000 square foot, sustainable, rammed-earth residence running exclusively on geothermal and solar energy using locally sourced renewable resources.
Built in June 2016, RDZ Build provided structural engineering services to help restore this historical landmark, including forming the concrete core for the buildings freight elevator.
Built in September of 2015, RDZ Build Assisted 3 Margaritas Mexican Grill with a 1500 square foot addition as well as tenant improvements.
